Communication

From Learning Buds:

• We communicate with the student families via email or parent portal.
• We send any important future announcements about events via email.
• feedback for your child will be shared by their assigned teachers. To discuss details please contact the teacher or reetika@thelearningbuds.com.
• In the event of a class cancellation due to teacher unavailability we will inform parents as soon as possible by sending a message or making a call.

To Learning Buds:

• We welcome feedback from parents to continually improve kids’ experience and learning. Please email or message management about any questions or concerns.
• We are happy to schedule a call to discuss any of your questions or concerns and will get back to you as soon as possible.
• In case of emergency, please contact Reetika Aran at 607-342-5808.

Payments

• All payments need to be done in advance at the beginning of each month.
• NO Refunds for ongoing classes! Payments already made for the current month will not be used for the next payment cycle or another students.Please check your parent portal for any due balances/ payments.
• Currently use the below options for payments. Include name of the child, program enrolled and month when you make payments.

Cancellation Policy

• With kids we understand cancellations and emergencies can happen but if you have to miss a class, please notify at least a day before. If notified 24hrs before, we won’t charge you for the missed class.
• Any no-show or last-minute cancellations will be charged

Makeup Classes

• Request for make-up class will be sent by the teacher within 7 days of cancellation.
• Make up classes will be scheduled as per teacher and student availability.
• Schedule and reminder for make-up class will be sent to parents in writing.
• If your child is in a group , make-up class will be done in another group (of same level) as per student and teacher availability.

Refunds

• 100% refund for camps will be made to parents if camp is canceled by Learning Buds due to an unforeseen emergency.
